  • All bank transfer costs must be covered by the applicant.
  • Note: No passport will not be issued if the received amount is less than €32.00, and no refund will be provided.
• Mail the application form, along with two photographs (each 30X40 mm) and proof of payment to the following address:
  • NSK Information Center, P.P. 101, SI-1001 Ljubljana, Slovenia, NSK

The passport application fee is €32.00

Note:
The NSK Passport will be delivered by registered mail. Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery after we have received your application form. If the applicant does not pick up the mail and it is returned to us, we will resend it by regular mail, in which case we do not accept any responsibility for delivery.
